Meet Kennedy!
June 14, 2008
Kennedy is a Pepper/Salt Giant who came from a puppy mill in MO. She has been fostered by
one of our fosters moms (Aubrey) here in Texas while waiting to come to her new home with us here
in the Land of the Giants.

Yesterday morning Brent and I got up and drove 2 hours south to Centerville to meet Aubrey with a
little P/S formerly named Annabelle. Of course we fell in love with her at first sight, changed
collars and leads and brought her back to Land of the Giants here in Dallas where she is now known
as Kennedy and Joe's new sister! She came in the house after walking through my feral cats on the
porch then went right out back where Joe and Brent were. She met Joe then got after him in about
30 seconds to let him know being a redneck and rootin up her rear was not acceptable.
Bitch respect....yep, he knows what that is and was just reminded of it as he should have been, lol.

Kennedy is 24 inches and needs to gain some weight. Not sure what she weighs but will find out
tomorrow. She should be around 65 lbs given her height and frame. She wasn't in the house 5
mins before she lounging on the sofa stretched out and snoozin, lol.
I gave her a hair cut last night as you can see from the next pix. I keep my dogs super short cause
I don't like the dog hair all over the house ( you jnow...from these dogs that don't shed). Although,
my P/S boy, Sam really didn't shed so maybe she won't either. We all know the black do.

Kennedy is named after Ms. Jan Kennedy who has generously helped a giant number of
rescues all over the country with each and every rescue group and many individuals in our breed.
Kennedy is named after and in honor of our giant Auntie Jan!
Kennedy sends kisses to Aubrey but says she really likes being here in Land of the giants
with only one brother, lol!
